In the event that the buyer purchases a product of inadequate quality for exchange or return, the following requirements must be met:

- absence of mechanical damage to dishes, their packaging and components caused by incorrect or careless operation;

- the check or invoice issued to the buyer at the time of purchase is saved.

Within 14 days, the quality control department issues a conclusion on the presence of a defect caused by a manufacturing defect.

In the case of an exchange, the Seller sends the goods of appropriate quality to the Buyer within 3-5 days.

Refund procedure

Refunds are made within 7 days from the moment the online store receives the product of proper quality and within 14 days in case of exchange or return of the product of improper quality.

Refunds are made to the bank account indicated by the buyer.

Additional commissions for the transfer of funds in the case of the return of goods of proper quality - at the expense of the buyer, in the case of the return of goods of inadequate quality - at the expense of the Seller.
